%0 Journal Article %T 大鼠弥漫性轴索损伤后海马CA1区锥体神经元电活动变化<br>Changes in the electrical activity of hippocampal CAl pyramidal neurons in rats with diffuse axonal injury %A 段吉强 %A 宋锦宁 %A 郝璞珩 %A 马旭东 %A 李丹东 %A 赵永林 %A 郭小叶 %A 赵君杰 %J 西安交通大学学报(医学版) %D 2015 %R 10.7652/jdyxb201501012 %X 摘要:目的 观察弥漫性轴索损伤(diffuse axonal injury, DAI)后大鼠海马CA1区锥体细胞自发放电的特征,揭示DAI对大鼠海马CAl区锥体神经元兴奋性的影响。方法 雄性健康成年SD大鼠30只,随机分为正常对照组及DAI后6h组、12h组、24h组、72h组。采用玻璃微电极细胞外记录的方法记录海马神经元的放电活动,每只动物记录2个单位放电。分析比较各组各个单位放电的放电类型、放电频率等差异。结果 ①DAI后各组与正常组大鼠海马CA1区锥体细胞观察到3种类型放电,即不规则放电、规则放电和簇式放电。在放电类型上各组差异无统计学意义。②比较各组的12个单位放电的平均放电频率、平均ISI可得出DAI后12h组的平均放电频率低于其他组,差异有统计学意义;其他组比较差异则无统计学意义。③比较各组簇式放电的簇内ISI:DAI后12h组最小,其次是24h组、72h组,6h组与正常组最大且差异无统计学意义。结论 DAI对大鼠海马CAl区锥体神经元兴奋性具有明显影响,并且呈不同放电类型的动态变化。<br>ABSTRACT: Objective To study the excitatory feature of hippocampal CAl pyramidal neurons affected by traumatic brain injury by investigating the spontaneous discharge characteristics of hippocampal CA1 pyramidal cells after diffuse axonal injury (DAI). Methods Thirty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: the control group, the group of 6h after DAI, the group of 12h after DAI, the group of 24h after DAI, and the group of 72h after DAI. Glass microelectrode was used to record extracellular hippocampal neurons discharge. Two unit discharges were recorded for each animal. The differences in unit discharge type and discharge frequency were analyzed among the groups. Results ① The three types of discharges were observed in the hippocampal CA1 pyramidal cells from the normal and DAI rats as irregular discharge, regular discharge and burst discharge. There was no difference in the discharge among the groups. ② Twelve-unit discharges were recorded in each group. The mean frequency and the average ISI of 12 hours in the DAI group significantly differed from those of the other groups. ③ For the cluster ISI, the group of 12h after DAI had the smallest ISI, followed by the groups of 24h and 72h after DAI. However, no significant difference in cluster ISI was found between the group of 6h after DAI and the control group.
