%0 Journal Article %T CD31+/CD42b-、CD144+内皮微粒水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的关系<br>Relationship of CD31+/CD42b- and CD144+ endothelial micropaticles with intima-media thickness of carotid artery %A 权晓慧 %A 张春艳 %A 王聪霞 %A 张 岩 %A 贾 珊 %A 马维冬 %A 郭 ?u %A 刘晓唤 %A 郑 阳 %J 西安交通大学学报(医学版) %D 2016 %R 10.7652/jdyxb201603005 %X 摘要:目的 检测血浆中CD31+/CD42b-、CD144+内皮微粒水平,探讨其与颈动脉内膜中层厚度及动脉粥样硬化危险因素间的关系。方法 选取我院心内科门诊及住院患者122例,行颈动脉超声检查,根据超声结果分为增厚组(62例)和对照组(60例);采用流式细胞仪检测2组患者血浆中CD31+/CD42b-、CD144+内皮微粒水平,分析其与颈动脉内膜中层厚度、动脉粥样硬化危险因素的相关性。结果 与对照组比较,增厚组CD31+/CD42b-、CD144+内皮微粒水平明显升高;血浆中CD31+/CD42b-、CD144+内皮微粒水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度呈正相关;多因素Logistic回归分析显示,CD31+/CD42b-内皮微粒水平与年龄、TC和Cys C呈正相关;血浆CD144+内皮微粒水平与UA和BMI呈正相关。结论 血浆中的CD31+/CD42b-、CD144+内皮微粒水平与颈动脉内膜厚度相关,对心血管疾病的早期预防具有指导意义。<br>ABSTRACT: Objective To detect the levels of CD31+/CD42b- and CD144+ endothelial microparticles (EMPs) in plasma, and analyze the relationship with carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT) and the risk factors of atherosclerosis. Methods Totally 122 outpatients and inpatients in our hospital were selected, and carotid artery ultrasound examination was performed. The results were divided into a thickening group (62 cases) and a control group (60 cases). Flow cytometry was used to detect the levels of CD31+/CD42b- and CD144+ EMPs in the blood to analyze the relationship between the level of endothelial cells and CIMT, and to investigate the relationship between the level of plasma EMPs and the risk factors of atherosclerosis. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of EMPs of CD31+/CD42b- and CD144+ were significantly higher. In the correlation analysis, plasma CD31+/CD42b- and CD144+EMPs levels were positively correlated with CIMT; in multi-factor Logistic regression analysis, CD31+/CD42b- EMPs levels were correlated positively with age, TC and Cys C; plasma CD144+ EMPs levels were correlated with UA and BMI.
