%X 摘要：动脉粥样硬化(AS)是动脉硬化的一种常见类型，而易损斑块容易发生破裂，冠状动脉易损斑块破裂可导致急性冠脉综合征的发生。本文总结了易损斑块的无创检测和有创检测的方法，同时归纳了易损斑块的血清学指标研究，为易损斑块的检出提供综合的依据。<br>ABSTRACT: Atherosclerosis is the most common type of arteriosclerosis. Vulnerable plaque is prone to rupture. Coronary vulnerable plaque rupture can lead to the occurrence of acute coronary syndrome (ACS). This paper summarizes non-invasive detection and invasive detection of vulnerable plaque, as well as research on serological indexes of vulnerable plaque. It may provide a comprehensive basis for detecting vulnerable plaque
