%0 Journal Article %T 血管生成素-2对冠状动脉支架术后支架内再狭窄的预测价值<br>Predictive value of angiogenin-2 for in-stent restenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention %A 吴皓宇 %A 刘晓唤 %A 王聪霞 %A 张春艳 %A 张 %A 岩 %A 陈海潮 %A 胡艳超 %A 贾 %A 珊 %A 马维冬 %A 郑 %A 阳 %J 西安交通大学学报(医学版) %D 2018 %R 10.7652/jdyxb201803004 %X 摘要:目的? 探讨血清血管生成素-2(Ang-2)对冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后支架内再狭窄的预测价值。方法? 入选113例冠心病患者成功置入单个药物洗脱支架,术后9~12个月复查冠状动脉造影,依据冠状动脉造影结果将患者分为支架术后再狭窄组和无再狭窄组,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定PCI术前及术后1周血清Ang-2浓度。结果? 支架内再狭窄组12例患者,无再狭窄组101例患者。再狭窄组和无再狭窄组术前Ang-2浓度[(849.6±234.6)pg/mL vs. (796.9±198.7)pg/mL]差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后Ang-2浓度[(629.7±137.3)pg/mL、(504.3±107.6)pg/mL]均明显下降,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无再狭窄组术后Ang-2浓度降低更为明显,低于再狭窄组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 PCI术后Ang-2浓度均明显降低,且无再狭窄组降低更明显,推测Ang-2与支架术后再狭窄相关,可作为预测PCI术后支架内再狭窄的参考指标。<br>ABSTRACT: Objective?? To explore the predictive value of serum angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2) for in-stent restenosis (ISR) in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods?? A total of 113 patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in one drug-eluting stent. Coronary angiography was performed from 9 to 12 months after PCI. The patients were divided into ISR group and non-ISR group according to the results of coronary angiography. The serum Ang-2 concentration was measured one day before and one week after PCI by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results? There were 12 patients in ISR group and 101 patients in non-ISR group. There was no significant difference in Ang-2 concentration between ISR group and non-ISR [(849.6±234.6)pg/mL, (796.9±198.7)pg/mL] before PCI (P>0.05). However, the concentration of Ang-2〖JP〗 was significantly decreased after PCI in both groups [(629.7±137.3)pg/mL, (504.3±107.6)pg/mL] (P<0.05). PCI treatment significantly decreased Ang-2 concentration. The concentration of Ang-2 was significantly lower in non-ISR group than in ISR group after PCI (P<0.05). Conclusion?? The Ang-2 concentration was significantly decreased after PCI, and the reduction was more obvious in non-ISR group.
