%0 Journal Article %T 双示踪剂PET成像在阿尔茨海默病诊断中的价值<br>Diagnostic value of dual-tracer PET imaging in Alzheimer’s disease %A 段小艺 %A 刘 %A 翔 %A 李 %A 淼 %A 郭佑民 %J 西安交通大学学报(医学版) %D 2017 %R 10.7652/jdyxb201706021 %X 摘要:目的 探讨双示踪剂PET成像在阿尔茨海默病(AD)诊断中的应用价值。方法 对11例临床诊断AD患者和7例年龄匹配的健康志愿者同期进行11C标记匹兹堡化合物(11C-PIB)和18F标记脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)PET脑部成像。采用视觉观察法、感兴趣区技术与脑代谢分析软件评价示踪剂在脑区的分布情况。结果 与健康对照组比较,AD患者上额叶、下额叶、上顶叶、外侧颞叶、后扣带回葡萄糖代谢显著减低,平衡相显示淀粉样蛋白主要沉积于额前叶、内侧顶叶、外侧顶叶以及部分外侧颞叶皮层,两种成像结果基本相符。结论 PIB与FDG PET联合成像为AD诊断提供更为准确的信息,但仍需进一步证实此方法的实用及有效性。<br>ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of dual-tracer PET imaging in Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Methods For this study, we enrolled 11 patients who were diagnosed clinically with AD and 7 age-matched healthy controls who underwent ??11C-PIB and 18-FDG PET brain imaging in the same period. Visual evaluation was used to observe the distribution of tracers. ROI technology and brain metabolism analysis software were used to quantify the uptake levels of PIB and FDG. Results Compared with that in HC group, FDG imaging pattern in AD group was presented as focal hypometabolism in posterior cingutate, superior frontal lobe, inferior frontal lobe, superior parietal lobe and lateral temporal lobe. PIB retention was mainly in bilateral superior frontal lobe, inferior frontal lobe, superior parietal lobe, lateral temporal lobe and posterior cingulate gyrus in images of equilibrium phase. The two FDG imaging results were basically in agreement with each other. Conclusion PIB with combined FDG PET imaging can provide more accurate information in diagnosis of AD.
