%0 Journal Article %T 无阀压电泵驱动的集成式微混合器<br>An Integrated Micro??Mixer Driven by Valveless Piezoelectric Pump %A 王记波 %A 刘国君 %A 马祥 %A 刘建芳 %A 姜枫 %J 西安交通大学学报 %D 2018 %R 10.7652/xjtuxb201801014 %X 设计了一种无阀压电泵驱动的集成式微混合器,其中无阀压电泵采用三棱柱阻变高度流道式结构。利用等效电路模型研究了无阀泵的流动特性,并应用Fluent软件对无阀泵及Y型微流道进行了系统仿真分析,确定了无阀泵和Y型微流道的结构参数,并优选出了系统控制参数。在实验室内制作了微混合器样机,并进行了脉动和混合效果实验,结果表明:当入口流量为0??7 mL/min、脉动频率为100 Hz时,流道内脉动效果明显,由此验证了该微混合器具备良好的工作性能。此项研究可为无阀压电泵在微流控领域的应用提供借鉴。<br>An integrated micro??mixer driven by a valveless piezoelectric pump was designed. The valveless piezoelectric pump has triangular prismatic obstacles and variable channel heights at inlet and outlet. Based on the equivalent circuit model, the flow characteristics of the valveless pump were studied, and system simulations of the pump and the Y??type micro??channel were performed by the software Fluent. The corresponding structural parameters and control parameters of the pump and Y??type micro??channel were optimized and determined. A prototype of micro??mixer was built, and experiments on the pulsating and mixing effects were carried out in laboratory. Test results show that when the frequency is 100 Hz and the output flow rate is about 0.7 mL/min, the pulsation effect is obvious in the flow channel, which verifies the good working performance of the micro??mixer.
