%0 Journal Article %T 自由活塞直线发电机输出性能试验研究<br>Experimental Study on the Power Output Performance of the Free Piston Linear Generator Used for Waste Heat Recovery %A 田亚明 %A 张红光 %A 李高胜 %A 侯孝臣 %A 于飞 %A 许永红 %A 刘毅 %J 西安交通大学学报 %D 2018 %R 10.7652/xjtuxb201803016 %X 为了有效地回收车用内燃机排气余热,将自主研发的自由活塞膨胀机与直线电机耦合形成一种新型自由活塞直线发电机(FPLG),用于小规模的有机朗肯循环(ORC)余热回收系统。FPLG以压缩空气为工质,针对不同工况开展了大量试验研究,分析了进气压力、运行频率及外部负载电阻对FPLG输出功率和能量转换效率的影响。研究结果表明,适当提高进气压力,能够明显提高FPLG峰值输出功率和能量转化效率。然而,峰值输出功率随着运行频率的增大而迅速下降。当运行频率为2.0 Hz、进气压力为0.26 MPa、外部负载电阻为20 Ω时,FPLG的转换效率最大,可达到45??82%。随着外部负载电阻的增大,FPLG的峰值输出功率呈现出先增大后减小的趋势。当运行频率为2.5 Hz、进气压力为0.26 MPa、外部负载电阻为20 Ω时,峰值输出功率最大,为47.5 W。<br>A novel free piston expander coupled with a linear generator (FPLG) prototype used in a small??scale organic Rankine cycle (ORC) system, is presented to recover the exhaust waste heat from vehicle engines. On the basis of continuous and stable operation of the FPLG, a large number of experiments were carried out under different operation conditions. The effects of intake pressure, operation frequency and external load resistance on the output performance of the FPLG as well as the motion rule of the piston are discussed. The results show that both peak power output and energy conversion efficiency can be improved by increasing the intake pressure appropriately. The energy conversion efficiency can reach up to 45??82% when the intake pressure is 0.26 MPa and operation frequency is 2.0 Hz. With the increase of the external load resistance, the peak power output of FPLG shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.
