%0 Journal Article %T 板翅式换热器瞬态法数值模拟与实验研究<br>Transient Numerical Simulation and Experimental Research on the Plate??Fin Heat Exchanger %A 杨永斌 %A 厉彦忠 %A 司标 %J 西安交通大学学报 %D 2018 %R 10.7652/xjtuxb201807006 %X 通过瞬态单吹实验和瞬态数值模拟方法对47PZ3002型板翅式换热器热力、阻力性能等进行了研究,探索了该瞬态技术在板翅式换热器性能研究中的可行性与准确性。应用瞬态单吹实验,得到了雷诺数为500~3 000工况下换热器进出口温度场随时间的变化值及流体流经换热器的压降。对换热器实验件建立瞬态换热物理模型,利用Visual Basic语言编写与瞬态技术配套使用的程序对实验结果进行处理,获得了流体在板翅式换热器内的对流换热系数、j因子等性能参数。通过CFD软件,模拟了与实验工况相同条件下该换热器的相应性能参数,模拟结果与实验结果j因子之间的平均偏差为4.4%,最大偏差为10.7%,f因子的平均偏差为5.37%,最大偏差为13.0%,实验验证了该瞬态技术在平直型板翅式换热器性能研究中的可靠性。该瞬态技术测量简单、效率高,在短时间内即可获得换热器的性能参数,可为板翅式换热器工程设计提供有价值的性能预测方案。<br>Thermal and resistance performances of 47PZ3002 plate??fin heat exchanger were studied by transient single blow test and numerical simulation. Also, the practicability and accuracy of the transient technique in the performance research of plate??fin heat exchanger were explored. Transient single blow test was conducted to obtain the history of the inlet and outlet temperatures of the heat exchanger and the pressure drop of the fluid with Reynolds number from 500 to 3 000. A transient physical model was established and Visual Basic language was used to deal with the experimental results. The convective heat transfer coefficient, j factor, and other performance parameters of the fluid in the plate??fin heat exchanger were obtained. The performance parameters of the heat exchanger under the same conditions as the experimental environment were simulated by the software CFD. The average deviation of j factor between simulation and experimental results is 4.4%, and the maximum one is 10.7%; the average deviation of f factor is 5.73%, and the maximum one is 13.0%, which indicates that the transient technique used in our research is reliable.
