%X 经历了40年的改革开放，中国经济社会取得了举世瞩目的成就，城镇化发展也快速推进。新时代需要新转变，文章从中国的现实国情和当前经济社会的主要矛盾出发，对城镇化发展面临的七大转变进行阐释。<br>After four decades of open and reform, China has made remarkable achievements in economy and society, and its urbanization is advancing rapidly. The New Era needs new transformation. Starting from China's actual national conditions and the main contradictions in the current economic society, this paper explains the seven changes in the development of urbanization.
