%X 文明是实践的事情，不同的文明观塑造着不同的世界秩序。近代以来的世界秩序深受西方文明观尤其是西方文明中心论的影响。立足于新时代，跳出西方文明观"一元、等级、冲突"的文野拘囿，以习近平同志为核心的中国共产党站在人类数千年文明发展史与当今世界不同文明交融互补的制高点上，提出了新时代文明观：揭示人类文明的多样性、平等性、包容性等本质特征，指出不同文明兼收并蓄、交流互鉴的共处之道，提出"文明超越"主张，对人类文明的发展趋势作出科学判断，有力驳斥西方的"历史终结论"和"文明冲突论"，集中展现新时代中国共产党和中国人民对人类文明发展的深刻思考。新时代文明观，不仅在思想上引领了世界秩序的变革，而且在实践上为重塑世界秩序做出重要贡献。<br>Civilization is a matter of practice. Different views of civilization shape different world order. The order of the world has been deeply influenced by the concept of Western civilization since modern times, especially the central theory of Western civilization. In the new era, the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core puts forward the concept of civilization in the new era by standing on the commanding heights of the developing history of human civilization over thousands of years and the different civilizations in the world today. The new concept of civilization, jumps out of the wilderness of the "monism, grade, and conflict" Western civilization concept, reveals the essential characteristics of diversity, equality, and inclusiveness of human civilization, indicates the coexistence, eclecticism and exchanges of different civilizations, puts forward the idea of "civilization transcendence" and makes scientific judgments on the development trend of human civilization, effectively refuting the Western concepts of "end of history" and "clash of civilizations". It has focused on the profound reflection of the Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese people on the development of human civilization in the new era. The concept of civilization in the new era not only guides the reform of the world order ideologically, but also makes important contributions to reshaping the world order in practice.
