%0 Journal Article %T 广西油茶炭疽病病原菌鉴定及生物学特性<br>Identification and biological characteristics of the pathogen from Camellia oleifera anthracnose in Guangxi %A 朱英芝 %A 廖旺姣 %A 邹东霞 %A 吴耀军 %A 邓艳 %A Zhu Yingzhi %A Liao Wangjiao %A Zou Dongxia %A Wu Yaojun %A Deng Yan %J 植物保护学报 %D 2015 %R 10.13802/j.cnki.zwbhxb.2015.03.015 %X 为明确广西油茶炭疽病病原菌种类及其生物学特性,通过形态学方法对分离获得的病原菌进行初步鉴定,以核糖体内转录间隔区、微管蛋白基因、几丁质合成酶基因、肌动蛋白基因、3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶基因进行多基因系统分析鉴定;并用十字交叉法、菌丝干重法和血球计数法对其生物学特性进行研究.结果表明,经形态学和多基因联合系统结合分析鉴定,广西油茶炭疽病病原菌为胶孢炭疽菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz..该病原菌生长温度范围为10~35 ℃,最适生长温度为28 ℃;产孢温度范围为15~32 ℃,最适产孢温度为32 ℃;生长pH范围为3~11,最适生长pH为4;可促进菌丝生长并适合产孢的碳源为菊糖,阿拉伯树胶粉抑制菌丝生长但可促进产孢;对菌丝生长及产孢均有促进作用的氮源为酵母粉和牛肉膏,而硫酸铵和硝酸铵则表现抑制作用.<br>In order to confirm the pathogen of Camellia oleifera anthracnose and its biological characteristics, the characteristics of the isolated pathogen were studied by morphological method and phylogenetic analysis based on internal transcribed spaces, β-tubulin, chitin synthase A, actin, and glyceraldehydes-3-phosphate dehydrogenase sequences. And the biological characteristics were determined with crossing, mycelial dry weight and haemocytometer methods. The morphological characteristics and the multi-gene phylogenetic analysis indicated that the pathogen of C. oleifera anthracnose in Guangxi was Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz. The studies of biological characteristics showed that the temperature of mycelium growth ranges was from 10 ℃ to 35 ℃ and the optimal temperature was 28 ℃; the temperature of conidiophores germinated ranges was from 15 ℃ to 32 ℃, and the optimal temperature was 32 ℃; the pH ranges of mycelium growth was 3~11, with an optimal pH of 4; the optimal carbon source for mycelial growth and spore germination was synanthrin; acacia powder was beneficial for sporulation of this pathogen, but not for mycelial growth.
