The results showed that the EAG value of A. corpulenta males to 2-carbomethoxyphenol and 1,1'-bi (cyclopentyl)-2-one were significantly higher than to the other chemicals tested; the EAG value of females to (-)-E-caryophyllene and 2-carbomethoxyphenol were significantly higher than to other reagents. According to the Y-shaped bioassays, (Z)-3-hexenyl acetate and (-)-E-caryophyllene were found to be more attractive to males and females of A. corpulenta, respectively. The results of field trapping test with (E)-2-hexenal, (Z)-3-hexenyl acetate, (-)-E-caryophyllene, 1,1'-bi(cyclopentyl)-2-one and 2-carbomethoxyphenol showed that cis-3-hexenyl acetate (360 mg/lure) attracted the highest number (33±1.53) of males, while (-)-E-caryophyllene (360 mg/lure) attracted the highest number (29.33±1.45) of females.
