%X 产业兴旺不是单一农业的发展,而是乡村的整体进步。 本文从产业与农民关系、产业与乡村关系的视角审视产业兴旺的内在构成、内容和特点。 产业兴旺作为乡村振兴话语体系的产业特征具有多样性、综合性和整体性特点。 产业兴旺既要满足人们对经济效益的追求,更要满足农民自身对美好生活的需要。 产业兴旺只有限定在乡村范围内且以农民为主体才具有实际意义,产业兴旺只有建立在乡村整体价值基础上并与乡村价值体系相结合才具有可能性。 任何排斥农民的农业、排斥乡村的产业,都与产业兴旺相悖。<br>The industrial prosperity is not just the development of the agriculture industry, but the overall progress of the countryside. This article explored the internal composition, content and characteristics of industrial prosperity from the perspective of the relationship between industry and peasants, industry and the whole countryside. The author believed as a industrial character of the rural revitalization discourse system, the industrial prosperity contains diversity, comprehensiveness and integrity. They need to satisfy people’s pursuit of economic benefits, and also the needs of farmers for a better life. Moreover, the industrial prosperity will show their real practical significance only when they happen inside the rural areas and consider the farmers as their target group. Therefore, the prosperity can only be achieved based on the overall value of the village and combined with the rural value system. Any agriculture excludes farmers, industry excludes countryside are contrary to the industrial prosperity.
