%X 改革开放以来形成的主流发展理念和发展模式具有浓厚的城市中心主义色彩,乡村不是作为独立的发展主体,而是作为现代化过程中需要被解决的问题,从属和依附于城市,乡村的人财物等资源向城市单向流动。 乡村的去主体性还表现在农民的去组织化,村社共同体逐渐解体,乡村社会丧失凝聚力和内生发展动力。 新时代的乡村振兴,必须以农民的组织化重建乡村的主体性,以乡村为主体吸纳整合各种资源要素,培育乡村内生发展动力,重塑城乡关系。<br>The mainstream mode and ideology of development formed since the reform and opening up shows the obvious characteristic of urban centralism. The countryside is treated not as an independent development subject, but as a problem that needs to be solved in the process of modernization. The countryside is subordinated to the city, with the financial, material and human resources flowing from rural to urban areas. The loss of subjectivity is also manifested in the disorganization of peasants, the disintegration of village community and the loss of community cohesion and internal dynamism in rural society. To revitalize the countryside in the new era, we must rebuild the rural subjectivity by the organization of peasants, and the rural community should be an active subject in the integration of all kinds of resources, in the boosting of the internal dynamism of the countryside, and in the reshaping of urban-rural relationship.
