%T 我国种子企业并购决策因素及其排序研究<br>Study on the decision factors and ranks of M&A in seed enterprises

%X 并购决策是种子企业实现并购整合的第一步，也是关键的一步。针对种子企业并购决策中所存在的问题，本研究依据影响种子企业并购决策的最核心因素，即协同效应、核心能力、企业家个人因素、外部环境四个基准出发，构建了评价我国种子企业并购决策3级指标体系，利用AHP方法求出优化后的评价指标。结果表明核心能力和协同效应决定着种子企业并购决策的有效实施，企业家个人因素和外部因素也影响着种子企业并购决策。但是种子企业并购决策评价体系是一个有机联系的动态管理过程，只有4个1级指标及各细分2级指标相互协同，才能共同作用并购决策的有效进行。<br>Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) decision is the first step in the realization of mergers and acquisitions of seed enterprises.It is also a critical step.Aiming at the problems in the M&A Decision of seed Industry in China.This study is based on the core factors that affect the decision of seed enterprise M&A.The factors include synergistic effect,core competence,entrepreneurial personal factors and external factors.A three-level index system is constructed for the evaluation of M&A in China's seed enterprises.AHP method is used to obtain the optimized evaluation index.The study shows that the core competence and synergistic effect determine the effective implementation of seed enterprise M&A decisions.Entrepreneurial personal factors and external factors also influence the decision of seed enterprise M&A.But the seed enterprise M&A decision evaluation system is a dynamic management process of organic connection.Four first-level indicators and the sub-indicators should coordinate with each other to effectively carry out M&A decision.
