	<span style="line-height:1.5;">The economic development of the old revolutionary areas in Sichuan Province is backward, especially in the rural areas. To solve this problem, it is necessary to implement the rural revitalization strategy. The biggest problem and key is-sue in implementing the rural revitalization strategy are the talent problem. This study analyzes the reasons for the lack of rural revitalization talents in the old revolutionary areas of Sichuan from the perspective of local talents and talents from other places, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, which can provide certain ideas for solving the problem of revitalizing talents in the old revolutionary areas of Sichuan.</span>
