%X 摘要 文章描述了信息感和认知障碍，解释了认知障碍产生的过程；应用系统动力学方法构建了基于信息感的信息人认知障碍形成的系统模型，并表征用户信息感的多重认知障碍；分析了网络用户产生认知障碍问题的原因；为建立良好的网络信息生态系统，提出了网络用户信息感的认知障碍调节机制和解决策略。<br>Abstract: The paper describes the information perception and cognitive disorder，and explains the productive process of cognitive disorder . The paper designs a systemmodel of information person's cognitive disorder based on information perception by system dynamics，and illustrates the multiple cognitive disorder of users' information perception . In view of the network users，the authors analyze the factor of cognitive disorder . The paper gives regulatory mechanismand resolution strategies of network users' information perception cognitive disorder in order to building a pure network information ecology system .
