%X 摘要 本文采用2016年中国综合社会调查（CGSS）数据，定量分析了城镇化水平影响城镇内部不平等的机制。本文研究发现，城镇化进程伴随着城市劳动力市场个体差异的扩大。较高的城镇化率具有工资溢出效应，但不同特征的个体获益不同。高职业技能个体从城镇化进程中获益大于中低职业技能个体，且城镇化率更高的城市具有更大的行业间工资溢出系数级差。本文的政策含义是，在推进城镇化过程中降低城镇不平等程度的关键在于提高就业质量，加大对低技能劳动者的教育和职业技能投入，同时促进城镇基本公共服务均等化。<br>Abstract： This paper examines how urbanization level influences intercityinequality from a micro perspective in China based on CGSS(2016) data We find that the relationship between urbanization level and urban wage inequality is positive and rising urbanization level enlarges the difference of education years and occupation skills between individual workers Moreover, cities with higher urbanization level have higher wage income, but individual workers with different traits and endowments gain different benefits from urbanization Individuals with higher occupation skills benefit more Further, Cities with higher urbanization level have larger interindustrial wage differences The policy implication is that we should pay more attentions to skill training for lowincome workers, so as to improve the quality of employment and decrease the urban wage inequality
