%X 为了满足政府相关部门及时掌握电子商务发展现状、准确把握电子商务发展趋势、适时做出促进电子商务健康快速发展的科学决策的迫切需求，该文分析了电子商务市场具有的一系列新的特征，设计了电子商务市场运行监测指数体系，规划、设计并实现了电子商务市场运行监测服务平台。结果表明：该平台不仅能够满足政府相关部门了解电子商务发展现状、把握电子商务发展趋势的需求，更为重要的是由于电子商务经济与传统经济不断融合，该研究成果为形成未来整个经济活动的完全监测指数体系及监测平台奠定了基础。<br>Abstract：The government needs to identify e-commerce developments and trends to develop effective regulations. This study analyzed key features of emerging e-commerce marketplaces, designed a monitoring system for e-commerce marketplaces, and developed the operations monitoring indicators and the platform. The platform not only provides government agencies a decision-making service to understand the real-time e-commerce status and trends, but also provides a foundation for a complete monitoring system for all future economic activities as the e-commerce economy continues to be combined with the traditional economy.
