%0 Journal Article %T 鼓泡塔中SO2和CO2对钴氨络合物脱硝效率的影响<br>Effect of SO2 and CO2 on NO removal efficiency by the hexamminecobalt(II) complex in a bubble column %A 刘振 %A 李清海 %A 朱群益 %A 谭中超 %A 张衍国 %J 清华大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2018 %R 10.16511/j.cnki.qhdxxb.2018.22.032 %X 为了研究烟气中的SO2、CO2及其与氨反应生成的SO32-和CO32-对钴氨络合物脱硝效率的影响,搭建了钴氨络合物脱硝的鼓泡反应实验装置。通过改变烟气中SO2和CO2的浓度研究SO2和CO2对脱硝效率的影响;通过向钴氨溶液中加入不同浓度的SO32-和CO32-离子,研究SO32-和CO32-对脱硝效率的影响。实验结果表明:烟气中的SO2和CO2会降低NO的吸收率,当烟气中同时含有质量浓度为100 g/m3的CO2和质量浓度为2 646 mg/m3的SO2时,NO的吸收率降幅为46%;溶液中生成的SO32-和CO32-会降低NO的吸收率,当溶液中SO32-的摩尔浓度达到0.03 mol/L时,NO的吸收率降幅为72%;当溶液中CO32-的摩尔浓度达到0.50 mol/L时,NO的吸收率降幅为41%。<br>Abstract:The effects of SO2 and CO2 in the flue gas and their reaction products with ammonia, SO32- and CO32-, on the NO removal efficiency of the hexamminecobalt(Ⅱ) complex were studied experimentally using a bubble column reactor with the hexamminecobalt(Ⅱ) complex absorbing NO. The effects of SO2 and CO2 on the NO removal efficiency were studied using various SO2 and CO2 concentrations in the flue gas with the effects of SO32- and CO32- on the NO removal efficiency studied with various concentrations of SO32- and CO32- into the hexamminecobalt(Ⅱ) solution. The experimental results show that SO2 and CO2 in the flue gas reduce the NO removal efficiency with the NO removal efficiency reduced 46% for a CO2 mass concentration of 100 g/m3 and an SO2 mass concentration of 2 646 mg/m3. The SO32- and CO32- formed in the solution also reduce the NO removal efficiency.
