%0 Journal Article %T 多尺寸填料塔中CO2吸收过程的实验和模拟<br>Experiments and simulations of carbon dioxide absorption process in packed columns of different sizes %A 陈健 %A 童川 %A 彭勇 %A 汤志刚 %J 清华大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2015 %R 10.16511/j.cnki.qhdxxb.2015.24.013 %X 随着二氧化碳吸收法捕集技术的不断发展, 需要研究吸收过程的规模放大和模拟。在200 mm和600 mm的2种不同尺寸填料塔中进行了CO2吸收实验, 采用新的规整填料有效传质面积关联式, 进行了基于速率模型的过程模拟, 对比了不同传质模型。结果表明: 最适用的传质模型是液膜阻力模型, 2个吸收塔的气体出口CO2摩尔分数计算结果与实验值的平均相对误差分别为1%和3%。说明在过程模拟中使用合适的传质模型和规整填料传质面积关联式可以有效预测不同尺寸吸收塔中CO2捕集效果。<br>Abstract:The development of absorption processes for carbon capture needs studies of process scale-up and modeling CO2 absorption was measured in 200 mm and 600 mm diameter packed columns. An effective mass transfer area correlation for structured packings was used to simulate the process with a rate-based method and different mass transfer models. The results show that the most suitable mass transfer model is the film resistance model with average relative errors in the CO2 mole fraction of 1% and 3% in the two columns.
