%X 网络人口学是一门以网络人口为研究对象，运用人口学原理与方法，集中研究网络人口发展，网络人口与网络社会、网络政治、网络经济、网络文化、网络环境等相互关系的基本规律、数量关系以及合理应用的科学。面对网络人口规模超大如何管理、网络人口丰富资源如何开发、网络人口网空迁移如何安置、网络人口发展路径如何选择、网络人口素质提升如何进行等理论与实践中的相关论题，当代中国必然需要网络人口学，加强网络人口学的建构是网络社会的一项学术重任。网络人口学依靠自身的基础理论、研究方法、专题研究和咨询研究，实际上能够满足当代中国对网络人口学的需要。根据当前中国网络发展的国情和对网络人口学的希望，网络人口学的重大现实议题有：中国网络人口发展进程与发展趋势研究、中国农村网络人口发展与网络扶贫研究、中国网络人口资源开发与有效利用研究、中国网络人口网空迁移与就业安置研究、中国网络人口素质提升与教育引导研究、中国网络人口科学管理与合理规范研究。<br>：Cyber-Demography is a science that uses the internet population as the research object, using the demographic principles and methods to focus on the development of internet population, the basic law, quantitative relation and rational application of interrelationship between internet population and network society, network politics, network economy, network culture, network environment. In the face of relevant topics how to manage the large-scale internet population, how to develop rich resources in the network, how to settle the cyberspace migration of internet population, how to choose the development path of internet population and how to improve the quality of the internet population and so on in theory and practice, contemporary China necessarily needs Cyber-Demography and strengthening its construction is an academic task of network society. Cyber-Demography relies on its own basic theory, research methods, special studies and consulting research, actually, enough to meet the contemporary China's Cyber-Demographic needs. According to the actual conditions of China's internet development and the hope of Cyber-Demography, the major realistic topics of Cyber-Demography are research on the process and trend of the development of China's internet population; research on the development of internet population and internet poverty alleviation in rural China; research on the development and effective utilization of internet population resources in China; research on cyberspace migrations and employment placement in China's internet population; research on quality improvement and education guidance in China's internet population; research on scientific management and rationalization of internet population in China
