%X 中国基层社会秩序的讨论一直受到国家－社会框架的深刻影响，并逐渐从探究国家与地方之间关系的结构性机制，溯源其上，重新开始关注传统家－国关系构造的历史渊源。本文尝试从社会史的角度切入这个问题，以影响近世思想至深的明代大礼仪为背景，以明代霍韬的双重身份——“礼臣”与“乡宦”为线索，以其双重身份下的社会行为为主轴，重做行动者的观念分析，试探庙堂礼制建构与宗族重建之间的思想关联，以“互构”的视角重新关照国家与社会的历史形成过程。<br>：Discussions about Chinese social order are usually under the theoretical framework of state-nation. Recently, this kind of researches is gradually turning their focus from the structure of state-nation to its historical resources in traditional China. This article attempts to join the discussion from the angle of social history. Under the background of the Great Ritual Controversy in Ming China, Huo Tao, a critical actor who had the dual identity -- "Li Chen" and "Xiang Huan" – is chosen to be the analysis case. Through his double identities and social behaviors, we try to discover the relations between changes in local community and in imperial court, and then discover the co-evolution process be-tween Jia (Family) and Guo (Empire)
