%T 传统与现代：破解民间武术组织发展困局的路径抉择<br>Tradition and Modernism: The Way to Solve the Difficulties of Development of Folk Wushu Organizations

%X 摘要：武术的发展壮大与民间武术组织有着千丝万缕的联系，在历史中“侠以武犯禁”为民间武术组织的建立提供了外部条件，而“忙来种田，闲来造拳”的习武之风则为武术提供了内部动力。然而，随着历史的转变，制度化、系统化、科学化、法制化的现代社会组织成为主流，民间武术组织在由传统迈向现代的过程中暴露出许多发展困局。在查阅文献资料、实地田野调查的基础上，运用民间体育组织的相关理论，针对当前民间武术组织困局进行分析研究。研究认为：民间武术组织根植于民间社会；民间武术组织离不开政府部门的引导和宏观调控；部分现行管理制度在民间武术组织中“水土不服”；民间武术组织“自组织”能力不强，缺乏资本的创造能力。针对现状和困局，通过协同合作、社会互动、网络传播等方式改善民间武术组织的生存状况。<br>Abstract: The development of Wushu is closely related to the folk Wushu organizations. In history, “knights violated the ban with Wushu” provided external conditions for the establishment of the folk Wushu organizations, while the practice of "busy farming, leisure boxing" provided internal impetus for Wushu. However, with the change of history, the institutionalized, systematized, scientific and legalized modern social organizations have become the mainstream. Folk Wushu organizations have exposed many development difficulties in the process from traditional to modern. On the basis of literature review and field investigation, this paper analyzes and studies the current difficulties of folk Wushu organizations by using the relevant theories of folk sports organizations. The methods of literature review and filed investigation were used in this study. The research holds that: Folk Wushu organizations are rooted in civil society; folk Wushu organizations cannot be separated from the guidance and macro-control of government departments; part of the current management system is "not acclimatized" in Folk Wushu organizations; folk Wushu organizations are not self-organized and lack the ability to create capital. In view of the present situation and predicament, cooperation, social interaction, network communication and other ways can improve the survival conditions of folk Wushu organizations
