%X 摘要：竞技体育后备人才的生态化培养，是我国竞技体育发展方式生态转变的关键环节和体育强国建设的基础保障。主要采用文献资料和逻辑分析等研究方法，从生态系统结构角度对我国竞技体育后备人才培养进行分析探讨。研究表明：生态化的后备人才培养系统，必然具有良性结构以及高度耦合、协同的组分和要素；空间和时间维度上无序发展、框架与运行结构分离、二元对立结构，是当前我国竞技后备人才培养系统的结构症结；竞技体育后备人才培养的“多元化”结构，具有“立体型”“渗透化”“交融式”特征，是竞技后备人才培养系统生态发展的基础；通过树立生态化培养理念，完善政府主导功能，立足全局、统筹兼顾，优化、整合后备人才培训要素等途径，来促进竞技后备人才培养系统结构的生态化。为提升人才培养系统生态效应及竞技体育生态化发展提供有价值的参考。<br>Abstract: The ecological cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports is the key link in the ecological transformation of the development mode of competitive sports and the basic guarantee for the construction of a sports power. By mainly using literature review and logical analysis, from the perspective of ecological system structure, China's competitive sports reserve personnel training were analyzed and discussed in this study. The research showed that the ecological reserve personnel training system must have a benign structure and highly coupled and synergistic components and elements; disorderly development in space and time dimension, separation of framework and operation structure, and dualistic opposition structure are the structural crux of the current competitive reserve personnel training system in China; the "pluralistic" structure of reserve personnel training in competitive sports has the characteristics of "three-dimensional", "infiltration" and "blending", which is the basis of ecological development of the reserve personnel training system; by establishing the concept of ecological training, perfecting the leading function of the government, basing on the overall situation, taking into account the overall situation, optimizing and integrating the training elements of reserve talents, we can promote the ecological structure of the training system of competitive reserve talents. This study hoped to provide valuable reference for improving the ecological effect of talent training system and the ecological development of competitive sports
