%X 摘要：运用问卷调查、数理统计、实地调研等研究方法，通过对我国首批44个校园足球布局城市学校足球发展概况的详细分析，客观阐述未来我国校园足球发展过程中应注意的主要问题。结果显示：我国布局城市学校足球运动整体呈现出发展不均衡，专业教师匮乏，场地设施不足，四级联赛缺乏有效衔接等几个方面基本特征。鉴于此种情况，我国校园足球管理部门应从管理模式、竞赛体系、培训机制等几个方面做出相应调整，并通过开发多种渠道、借助多方资源、加强多方合作，从而达成资源共享，以确保我国校园足球活动的持续、健康发展以及我国校园足球人才培养机制的最终确立。为新时期我国政府相关政策的出台以及校园足球运动的持续、健康、稳定发展提供参考和借鉴<br>Abstract: This paper analyzed school football development situation of the first 44 China school football layout cities, and pointed out several questions needing attention in the future by the methods of questionnaire, mathematical statistics, and field research. The results showed that China city school football movement has four basic features that are imbalanced development, lack of professional teachers, inadequate ground facilities, and lack effective cohesion for the four levels school football leagues. In view of this, China school football administrative department should make some adjustments in management mode, competition system, and training system. And the department should achieve the sharing of resources through various channel development, multi-resources, and multilateral cooperation, and then ensure a sustained and healthy development of our school football activity and the final establishment of our school football talent cultivation mechanism. This paper provided some references to related government policy making in new era and healthy sustainable and stable development of school football movement
