%0 Journal Article %T 体育教师课程执行力结构模型构建与探析<br>Structural model Construction of Physical Education Teachers’ Curriculum Execution Capacity %A 葛新 %A 王华倬 %J 北京体育大学学报 %D 2015 %R 10.19582/j.cnki.11-3785/g8.2015.09.012 %X 摘要:体育教师课程执行力研究可以丰富和完善我国体育课程理论,使课程理论更好地与体育教学实践相衔接。体育教师课程执行力是体育课程改革顺利推进的重要保障,其内在影响因素较多。通过构建结构模型,可以将复杂的体育教师课程执行力内在结构清晰化,更直接地为体育教师评价和专业培训提供指导,促进体育教师专业发展,推动体育课程改革。体育课程采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等初步构建了体育教师课程执行力评价量表,对体育教师课程执行力结构模型进行了探讨。探索性因子分析结果显示体育教师课程执行力由体育课程意识、对体育课程标准的理解、体育课程内容的选择和资源开发能力、体育教学设计能力、体育课堂教学实施能力、对学生体育学习的评价能力、对体育课程方案的评价能力、自我评价能力8个一阶因子构成;进一步验证了二阶维度由体育教师课程理解、体育教师课程运作能力、体育教师课程评价能力三个因子组成。验证性因素分析结果显示8因子结构模型具有最佳拟合度。<br>Abstract: To study on curriculum execution capacity of physical education teacher can enrich and improve China physical education curriculum theory and let it connect with teaching practice more closely. Execution capacity of physical education teacher is an important guarantee to promote physical education curriculum reform which includes many internal factors. To construct a structure model can clarify the complicated intrinsic structure of physical education teacher’s curriculum execution capacity and provide a reference to evaluate and train them. Then it will promote physical education teachers’ professional development and physical education curriculum reform. This research developed an evaluation questionnaire of physical education teacher’s curriculum execution capacity and analyzed the structure model by the methods of literature, interview, and questionnaire. Exploratory factor analysis showed that the first stage of physical education teacher’s curriculum execution capacity is constructed by 8 factors. They are curriculum consciousness, curriculum standards understanding, curriculum content selection and developing, teaching design capacity, classroom teaching implementation, evaluation capability of student learning, evaluation capability of curriculum plan, and self-evaluation capability. The second stage factors are curriculum understanding, operational capacity, and evaluation capacity.
