%X 摘要：《关于实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程的意见》就中华优秀传统文化在传承发展中的意义、要求、主要内容和重点任务做了整体界定，并以实施工程的方式就如何组织实施和采取的保障措施做了部署，其中，对中华传统体育文化如何传承发展也做了全面要求。主要采用文献资料法，通过对《关于实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程的意见》的解读，以国家顶层设计战略为引领，对中华优秀传统体育文化传承与发展的重点任务、组织实施和保障措施等要求进行了初步梳理，并就传承和弘扬中华优秀传统体育文化的主要思路和举措做出了分析。研究认为：加强对中华优秀传统体育文化内涵和中华体育精神的阐发，推进传统体育进校园，从非遗角度加强对传统体育文化的保护与传承，打造传承弘扬传统体育文化的平台，将传统体育项目融入大众生活，大力彰显传统体育文化的魅力以及推动中外体育文化的交流互鉴，将是目前甚至将来一段时间内传承、发展并全面复兴中华体育文化的重要“工程”。<br>Abstract: The “On the Views of the Implementation of Excellent Chinese Traditional Culture Inheritance” defines the significance, requirements, main contents and key tasks of the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture, makes arrangements for how to organize and implement safeguard measures in the way of engineering implementation, and also it makes a comprehensive requirement for the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional sports culture. This study interprets the file with the guidance of national top level design strategy, combs the key tasks, organization and implementation and safeguards of the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional sports culture, and analyzed the main ideas and measures. Conclusions: Strengthening the Chinese traditional sports culture and Chinese sportsmanship, promoting traditional sports into campus, strengthening the protection and inheritance of traditional sports culture from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage, building a platform for inheriting and developing traditional sports culture, integrating traditional sports into public life, highlighting the charm of traditional sports culture, and promoting the exchange and mutual learning of sports culture between China and foreign countries will be important projects to inherit, develop and fully revive the Chinese sports culture for a period of time or even in the future
