%0 Journal Article %T 我国校园足球骨干师资国家级专项培训实践反思与发展策论<br>Practice of the Chinese National Professional Training of School Football Backbone Teachers:Reflection and Development Countermeasure %A 傅鸿浩 %A 张廷安 %J 北京体育大学学报 %D 2015 %R 10.19582/j.cnki.11-3785/g8.2015.11.013 %X 摘要:我国校园足球骨干师资国家级专项培训于2015年6月在全国范围内展开,这是我国校园足球工作主导权转移到教育部门后对校园足球师资建设进行的初步实践,在培训理念、范围、模式、组织、数量、宣传等方面取得突破性进展和显著成果。但仍应对处于探索期的专项培训实践工作进行及时科学研判,为其可持续发展的策略选择提供借鉴。通过文献资料法、访谈法、观察法、问卷调查法对专项培训工作的功能和问题进行客观分析,指出专项培训工作不仅具备显功能还具备潜功能,以及学员社会角色复杂化、教材缺失与部分课程设置偏倚、资源配置局限、学员评价制度简缺、激励不相容等问题是限制专项培训工作部分结构要素相互促进和功能发挥的凸显问题,并提出实现专项培训整体功能提升的思路和具体保障措施。<br>Abstract: The national professional training of school football backbone teachers in China was carried out in nationwide in June 2015, which is the preliminary practice of school football teachers training after the transfer of school football dominant power to education department, and has a breakthrough and significant achievements in concept, scope, mode of training, organization, number and?propagates. Now the professional training should be scientifically evaluated, for providing references of its sustainable development strategy. This study analyzed the functions and problems of professional training by the methods of literature review, interview, observation and questionnaire investigation, pointed out that professional training not only has manifest function but also has latent function, and also it has many problems such as students’ complicated social role, lack of teaching materials and bias of setting curriculum, the allocation limitation of resources, lack of students assessment system and incentive incompatibility that restricted mutual promotion and function exertion of the structure elements of the special training, and this study pointed out the ideas and specific safeguard measures for promoting the whole function of special training %K school football professional training social role teaching materials course structure teacher resources allocation curriculum evaluation incentive compatibility %U http://xuebao.bsu.edu.cn/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20151113&flag=1
