%X 摘要：基于PYD理论架构，通过文献梳理、实地调研、会议讨论、专家访谈以及逻辑分析，回溯青少年发展的理论源流，探讨校园足球对青少年发展的多维效用，分析校园足球在推进运行中遭遇的困惑与困境，进而探索校园足球促进青少年全面发展的治理路径。结果认为，1）青少年发展是一个复杂的综合的过程，是个体“优势”的挖掘与培养过程；2）作为青少年发展的资源平台，校园足球活动有利于提升能力、培养自信、增强联接、塑造品格、激发关爱与同情；3）当下校园足球要破解理念困惑，坚定立德树人为教育使命，以青少年全面发展为活动宗旨；要摆脱实践困境，提高教育性资源供给，强化青少年的能力培养与自信力塑造，增强人际联接，培养高尚人格情操。由此，要实现校园足球有效促进青少年发展之目的，校园足球良性运行的治理路径为：1），凝聚共识，达成统一的培养目标；2），优化制度设计，构建竞合型的治理结构；3），激发多元参与，培育开放性的支持环境。若此，为促进青少年全面发展，推动校园足球健康运行，探索一条新的理论思路便成为可能。<br>Abstract: Based on the theory of PYD, the paper looks back upon theoretical origins of youth development, analyzes the multidimensional effects of school football on youth development, points out the confusion and the dilemma in course of advancing school football, and explores governance paths to facilitate youth all-round development by school football. The methods of literature review, field research, expert interview and logical analysis were used in this study. The results suggest that: 1) Youth development is a complicated and comprehensive process, which is placed emphasis on excavation and training of individual “advantage”; 2) as a platform for the resource of youth development, the school football is conductive to improving competence, cultivate confidence, improve connection, build character, inspire caring and compassion; 3) school football should break through the confusion of ideas, firmly establish moral education mission, take the comprehensive development of young people as the purpose of activities, get rid of the practical difficulties, improve the supply of educational resources, strengthen the cultivation of young people's ability and confidence, strengthen interpersonal connection, and cultivate noble personality. In order to realize the goal of effectively promoting the development of teenagers in school football, the governance path of the benign operation of school football is as follows: 1) form unified target by reaching consensus; 2) optimize the system design to build a competitive governance structure; and 3) stimulate multiple participation to cultivate an open support environment
