%0 Journal Article %T PNF牵伸术治疗运动员髌腱腱围炎的疗效观察<br>A Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Athletes' Patellar Tendinitis by PNF Stretching %A 罗磊 %J 北京体育大学学报 %D 2015 %R 10.19582/j.cnki.11-3785/g8.2015.01.010 %X 摘要:目的:观察1个疗程(7天)的治疗后PNF牵伸术对患有髌腱腱围炎的运动员Irrgang膝关节功能评定法(适用于运动员)的影响,探讨PNF牵伸术治疗运动员髌腱腱围炎的疗效。方法:60名符合诊断标准的运动员随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30人。实验组运用PNF牵伸术进行治疗1个疗程,对照组采用针灸结合手法进行治疗1个疗程,收集治疗前、后每个运动员的Irrgang膝关节功能评定法评分,并对实验结果进行分析。结果:实验组实际收集25名运动员,对照组实际收集27名运动员。实验组治疗前评分62.32±7.16,治疗后评分77.36±12.97,治疗前后评分上升了14.96±10.25;对照组治疗前评分63.19±8.12,治疗后评分84.89±7.22,治疗前后评分上升了21.70±8.90,经过统计学分析,Z=-2.265,P=0.024<0.05,差异有显著性意义。结论:PNF牵伸术有明确的实用价值,经过治疗可以改善患有髌腱腱围炎运动员的膝关节功能。但从临床意义上讲,PNF牵伸术作为一种独立的治疗技术,目前还无法完全替代针灸、手法等传统优势治疗项目,我们建议治疗时与其他手段联合使用。<br>Abstract: Objective: The purpose of this study was to detect the effect of one course (seven days) PNF stretching on athletes’ patellar tendinitis by Irrgang knee joint function evaluation. Methods: Sixty athletes’?who met the diagnostic criteria of patellar tendinitis were recruited and divided into control group (n=30) and experiment group (n=30). Experiment group patients were treated with one course PNF stretching, and control group were treated with one course acupuncture and massage, their scores of Irrgang knee joint function evaluation before and after treatment were collected and analyzed. Results: Data of 25 patients in experiment group was collected while 27 patients’ was collected in control group. After treatment, the score in experiment group increased 14.96 ± 10.25 (62.32 ± 7.16 vs. 77.36 ± 12.97), and the score in control group increased 21.70 ± 8.90 (63.19 ± 8.12 vs. 84.89 ± 7.22). These changes in two groups were significantly different (Z = -2.265, P = 0.024). Conclusion: PNF stretching has clinical value, it can improve knee joint function of athletes with patellar tendinitis, but it cannot replace traditional treatments such as acupuncture or massage, so we suggest using PNF stretching combined with other treatments %K athlete patellar tendinitis PNF clinical observation %U http://xuebao.bsu.edu.cn/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20150110&flag=1
