%T 单飞现象：我国运动训练管理的人性追问<br>Solo Flight Phenomenon: Human Nature Questioning on Sports Training Management in China

%X 摘要：“单飞现象”是我国专业训练体制和市场化机制共同作用的结果，引发了人们对我国竞技体育管理的思考，同时为我国优秀运动员的培养开辟了一条新的路径。以“单飞现象”为切入点，从人性的视角对我国运动训练管理进行考察，发现我国运动训练管理中将运动员视为“政治形象或者民族形象的符号和工具”，认为人都具有“自私”的本性，在这种人性假设基础上建立起来的人性结构是残缺的，从而使我国运动训练的管理性质产生了伦理困境。进而站在完整的人性的角度，对我国运动训练管理人性结构进行整体性建构，从内涵、结构与性质三个方面对我国运动训练管理的人性化提出了新的构想。<br>Abstract: Solo flight phenomenon is one result of combining action between professional training system and marketization mechanism in China. This phenomenon stirred our thinking on China competitive sports management, and opened a new way to cultivate outstanding athletes. Starting with solo flight phenomenon, this paper analyzed sports training management in China from human nature perspective. It found that athletes were looked as symbol and tool of political image or national image in China sports training management which considers human have selfish nature. Based on this opinion, human nature structure is incomplete, which produced an ethical dilemma in China sports training management property. Based on whole human nature perspective, this paper made an integral construction on human nature structure of China sports training management, which pointed out a new thinking on humanization of China sports training management from connotation, structure and property aspects
