%0 Journal Article %T 体育课程需要目标单元教学设计<br>Physical Education Curriculum Needs Target Unit Teaching Design %A 潘建芬 %J 北京体育大学学报 %D 2018 %R 10.19582/j.cnki.11-3785/g8.2018.12.015 %X 摘要:目标单元是体育教学的基本单位,也是课程设计的基本单位,目标单元设计和实施能够衡量体育教师教学驾驭和创新能力。采用文献资料法和理论分析法,对体育课程目标单元教学设计的内涵、价值、分类和基本问题进行了探讨。研究表明:1)现有教学或单元常常会无意识地“脱离目标”、难以从目标整体上把握局部和进阶提高、克服表面热闹的持续发展、发挥教师自身专长、为新的教学模式探索提供空间、实现多维目标的具体问题及需要,说明目标单元教学设计非常必要。2)当下的体育课程,从多维和综合理解且侧重的视角来设计,有经典运动项目、基本技术组合、体能发展处方、体育拓展题材、多维目标、知识、态度等类型。3)体育课程进行目标单元教学设计时,需要把握单元教学设计的多维因素、功利主义、活动课程化及所需时间等几个基本问题。把握好目标单元教学设计是促使体育教师从关注体育的具体技能教学到关注体育教育内在规律的基本方式,也为体育教师重新规划课程和教学设计提供新的结构。<br>Abstract: Target unit is the basic unit of physical education, and it is also the basic unit of curriculum design. The design and implementation of target units can measure physical education teachers' teaching and innovation ability. By using the method of literature review and theoretical analysis, this paper probes into the connotation, value, classification and some basic problems of the teaching target unit of physical education curriculum. Results show that: 1) The current teaching unit is often unconsciously "off target", is difficult to grasp the local and advanced improvement from the overall goal; it needs to overcome the problem of continuous development on the surface, give full play to teachers' own expertise, provide space for the exploration of new teaching modes and achieve multi-dimensional goals, which shows that the teaching design of target unit is very necessary. 2) Physical education curriculum is designed from the perspective of multi-dimensional comprehensive understanding and emphasis, including classical sports, basic technology combination, physical fitness development prescription, sports expansion theme, multi-dimensional goals, knowledge, attitude and other types. 3) When designing the target unit of physical education curriculum, we need to grasp several basic problems such as multi-dimensional factors, utilitarianism, activity curricula and the time needed.
