%X 摘要：社会资本经常用来解释个人的职业生涯发展，但是很少有文献来探讨其形成的前置因素。通过对社会资本影响因素的分析，可以更深刻的了解社会资本在个人生涯发展过程中所扮演的角色及其功效。针对社会资本及其影响因素问题，以我国退役职业足球运动员为调查对象，依据问卷调查数据，运用多元线性回归分析法和因子分析法等，对我国职业足球运动员社会资本积累过程中的影响因素进行实证分析。研究发现，在职业足球运动员社会资本的积累过程中，具有正向影响的变量有运动级别、联赛级别和党员身份，具有负向作用的变量有学历水平和队长身份，而代表先赋性家庭资本的各变量的影响均没有统计显著性。与普通社会群体相比，职业足球运动员的网络规模和网络顶端较高，网络密度较低，网络成员的职业类别数及单位类别数较少。<br>Abstract: Social capital is always used to explain the personal career development, but there are few literatures to explore the antecedents of its formation. Analyzing social capital influencing factors will deep our understanding on its role and effect to the personal career development. Aiming at social capital and its influence factors, this study took China retired professional soccer players as investigation object and used the methods of multiple regression analysis and factor analysis to analyze the factors in the social capital accumulation process. The results showed that sports level, league level, and communist party membership have positive effect on social capital, and education level and the captain membership have negative effect on the process. But the effects of variables of ascribed family capital aren’t significant. Compared with other social groups, professional soccer player’s network scale and network top are higher, their network density is lower, and the network member’s occupation type and unit type are less
