%X 摘要：对期刊的学术水平进行客观公正和科学合理的评价，是科研管理部门、学界、期刊管理部门和文献计量学领域长期关注的热点和难点问题。采用文献分析法，以中国期刊引证报告采用的指标为基础，构建了由17个指标组成的体育类期刊学术水平评价指标体系。根据36种体育类期刊2010—2014年版中国期刊引证报告的样本数据，把决策者偏好（专家意见和已有的研究成果）添加到约束条件中，建立了体育类期刊学术水平综合评价的改进型投影寻踪模型，对期刊学术水平、各个评价指标的重要性等进行排序和分类研究。建模结果表明：北京体育大学学报学术水平始终排名第一，其次是体育科学，而体育师友和中国体育教练员始终排名最后两位；在17个评价指标中，总被引频次最重要，其次是影响因子等6个指标，前10个指标占总权重的86%；根据指标权重大小，提出了有效提升期刊学术水平的措施和建议。本文采用的基于决策者偏好的投影寻踪技术，拓展了体育类期刊学术水平综合评价的方法，为其他类期刊学术水平的综合评价提供了参考和借鉴。<br>Abstract: To evaluate academic quality of journal reasonably and objectively is a hot and difficult problem for research administration, academic circle, journal administration, and bibliometrics for a long time. Based on the comprehensive evaluation index system (CEIS) of China journal, this study constructed a physical education and sports journal (PESJ) academic quality evaluation index system with 17 indexes by the method of literature review. The sample data set of the 36 PESJ according to the above CEIS was collected from China Science and Technology Journal Citation Reports (CSTJCR) during 2010-2014 years. We added the preference of decision-maker information (i.e. expert opinions and research-results) as constraints to the projection pursuit clustering (PPC) technology, and finally we constructed a modified PPC model (MPPC) for the comprehensive evaluation of academic quality of PESJ. The MPCC was used to analyze the rank and classification of PESJ academic quality and the importance of each index. The results showed that the academic quality of Journal of Beijing Sport University (JBSU) is the highest, and China Sport Science (CSS) the second, on the other hand, the TiYu ShiYou and the China Sports Coaches are the lowest two PESJ; Of the 17 indexes, the total cites is the most important, and six indexes such as impact factor et al are the second. The most important ten indexes take up 86% of the total weight. According to the rank of index weight, some counter-measurements and suggestions for improving academic quality of journal were provided. The MPPC developed a new method to evaluate the academic level of PESJ, and provided a reference for other periodicals academic quality evaluation
