%0 Journal Article %T 身体教育视角下中国武术文化传承的审视<br>Chinese Wushu Cultural Inheritance in the Perspective of Physical Education %A 段丽梅 %A 戴国斌 %J 北京体育大学学报 %D 2016 %R 10.19582/j.cnki.11-3785/g8.2016.06.015 %X 摘要:20世纪兴起注重身体“内在感觉”的身体教育与16-20世纪一直倡导“外在指标”进步效果的身体教育结合,日渐成为21世纪学校体育教学的主流模式,而传统武术文化传承也是以身体为载体集“外在指标与内在体验”为目标的身体教育过程,面对现代武术教学长期追求外在指标锻炼效果所导致的学生“喜欢武术,不喜欢武术课”的发展困境,主要采用文献资料法,从“外在指标与内在感觉”互动的身体教育视角审视中国武术文化传承的教育实践,认为:传统武术传承过程不仅是“外在指标提高与内在感觉深化”的一体化身体教育,而且从内外结合中强化了武术人对身体的认识,形成了四种武术身体观:分类与系统的身体观、被控制与自主的身体观、超越肢体与人械一体的身体观、意志磨炼与思考想象的身体观。传统武术文化传承历史实践所形成的“外在指标与内在感觉”相融合的文化教育遗产既具有增强体质的锻炼特性,又因体验丰富而具有提高兴趣的精神元素,应成为当今学校武术教学改革的历史借鉴。<br>Abstract: Integration of the physical education focused on internal feeling in the 20th century and the physical education focused external index among the 16th to 20th century is becoming the mainstream of the 21st school physical education teaching. The inherence of traditional Wushu culture is a body education process based on body and has the target of combining outside index and inside experience. Facing the students “like Wushu, but not Wushu course” predicament which caused by long term outside index effect in modern Wushu teaching. In the perspective of external index and internal feeling body education, this paper analyzed education practice of Chinese Wushu cultural inheritance by the methods of literature review and logical dialectics. Conclusions: Inheritance process of traditional Wushu is not only an integration between external index improvement and internal feeling deepening, but also enhances practitioner’s body cognition and forms four Wushu body conceptions. The four body conceptions are classification and system, directed and independent, beyond body and combination between people and machine, and will steeling and imagination.
