%0 Journal Article %T 新形势下大学体育课程改革问题探讨与发展路径——“2016全国大学体育课程建设经验交流研讨会”的省思<br>Problems and Development Path of College Physical Education Curriculum Reform Under the New Situation: Thinking on "2016 National Symposium on College Physical Education Curriculum Construction" %A 徐伟 %A 姚蕾 %A 彭庆文 %A 张胜影 %J 北京体育大学学报 %D 2018 %R 10.19582/j.cnki.11-3785/g8.2018.05.012 %X 摘要:面对大学生体质持续下降问题,大学体育课程改革迫在眉睫。为总结目前大学体育课程改革的成功经验和存在问题,探寻科学合理的发展路径,运用文献调研法、专家调查法和实地考察法,以“2016全国大学体育课程建设经验交流研讨会”上20余名专家和来自全国42所高校130多位大学体育工作者研讨的主要问题为线索进行追踪调查及学理分析。研究认为新形势下大学体育课程改革应明确“大课程观”的指导思想,以“整体”的视角整合学生、社会和体育三者之间相互制衡的关系,既要突出学生主体地位,丰富体育课程内容,改善体育运动环境,开展多样化的体育组织形式,又要从体育学科的性质与特征出发,结合大学性质、学科优势、地域特色、体育传统、办学条件,探索适应社会发展和学生终身发展需要的实用性体育课程、特色体育活动及品牌体育赛事。并结合实践中大量卓有成效的案例,在大学体育课程个性化内容设置、组织形式、管理制度、资源开发与利用等方面提出改革发展的见解和建议。<br>Abstract: Faced with the continuous decline of College Students' physical fitness, the reform of college physical education curriculum is imminent. In order to sum up the successful experience and existing problems of the current university physical education curriculum reform and explore the scientific and rational development path, this study analyzed the main problems discussed by more than 20 experts and more than 130 university sports workers from 42 colleges and universities in “2016 National Symposium on College Physical Education Curriculum Construction” by the methods of literature review, expert investigation and field investigation. Conclusions: Under the new situation, the reform of college physical education curriculum should make clear the guiding ideology of "big curriculum view", and integrate the relationship between students, society and sports three in the perspective of "whole". The reform should highlight the status of students, enrich the content of sports courses, improve the sports environment, and carry out diversified forms of sports organization.
