%X 摘要：主要运用文献资料法并结合管理学的相关理论试图将精细化理念引入到运动员思想政治教育工作中，从精细化的内涵和特点入手，阐述运动员思想政治教育精细化的意义和原则，提出了运动员思想政治教育精细化的四大基本理念、八类基本方法，并对在运动员思想政治教育中如何导入和执行精细化做了简要阐述。研究结论：精细化理念的内涵及核心思想为“精、准、细、严”；将“精细化”理念引入到运动员思想政治教育工作中，要坚持“以人为本”，要坚持科学性与系统性相结合、普遍性与特殊性相结合、持续性与阶段性相结合，并要循序渐进的完成；精细化理念实施方法层次分为理念层、基本方法层、操作方法层以及具体应用层；精细化理念导入分为四个阶段：评估阶段、策划设计阶段、实施阶段以及再评估阶段；精细化理念执行过程包括：思想政治教育的实施者将教育内容付之实施的过程，被实施者接受教育内容从而转化为自身知识储备并能采取相应行动的过程。<br>Abstract: This paper tried to bring the fine theory into athletes’ ideological and political education by literature review and relevant management theories. Based on the connotation and characteristic of fine, this paper described the meaning and principle of fine of athletes’ ideological and political education, introduced its four basic ideas and eight kinds of basic methods, and briefly discussed how to introduce and carry out the fine theory in athletes’ ideological and political education. Conclusions: The connotation and core idea of the fine theory is “precision, accuracy, meticulousness, strictness”. If want to bring the fine theory into athletes’ ideological and political education, we should “put people first”, and insist on the integrations of scientificity and systematicness, universality and particularity, constancy and periodicity, and all of these should be proceeded step by step. The method of carrying out the fine theory can be divided into four levels including idea, basic approach, operation method and actual application levels. The introduction of the fine theory can be divided into four stages that are evaluation, planning, implementation and revaluation stages. The process of carrying out the fine theory includes two phases including that the educators of ideological and political education put the education into effect, and the educated people receive the education and transform it into their own knowledge reserve and take actions in response
