%T 新时代“文化自信”与中国武术的“再出发”<br>"Cultural Confidence" in the New Era and "Re-starting" of Chinese Wushu

%X 摘要：今天的中国正处在“比历史上任何时期都更接近、更有信心和能力实现中华民族伟大复兴目标”的新时代。也因此，对于中华优秀传统文化中最典型代表之一的中国武术，我们也更应该站在“文化自信”的立场重新思考和发现制约其“发展繁荣”的问题以及实现其“大力弘扬”的战略谋划。正是基于这样崭新的历史方位，我们提出了中国武术的“再出发”研究命题。研究通过文献资料的查阅，在历史学、文化学、社会学等学科理论的指导下，综合运用比较研究、逻辑分析等研究方法，结合新时代“文化自信”的方法论对中国武术“再出发”理路进行了研究。认为：“文化自信”是新时代中国武术“再出发”的行动指南、实践依据；恪守“文化自信”的立场，是保障中国武术“再出发”健康前行的基石；深思“文化自信”的意涵，是创设中国武术“再出发”巨大空间的保障；践行“文化自信”的实现，中国武术“再出发”必须从“再发现”起航。研究提出了，践行“文化自信”的实践，中国武术的“再出发”的战略构想。并强烈呼吁：以文化是民族的根和魂的意义价值为引领，牢固树立保“根”护“魂”的中国武术发展决心和信念；通过强化中国武术发展的“文化意识”，构筑起中国武术发展的文化之路；通过深挖中国武术的“源”，搭建好通往新时代中国武术责任担当的“梁和桥”。唯有如此，新时代的中国武术发展才会更有魅力，更有价值。<br>Abstract: Today China is in a new era of "closer, more confident and more capable than at any other time in history of achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation". Therefore, for Chinese Wushu, one of the most typical representatives of China's outstanding traditional culture, we should also rethink and discover the problems that constrain its development and prosperity and realize its strategic plan of vigorous promotion from the standpoint of cultural confidence. Based on such a new historical orientation, we put forward the research proposition of "re-starting" of Chinese Wushu. By the methods of literature review, comparative analysis and logic analysis, under the guidance of theories of history, culture, and sociology, etc, combining the methodology of cultural confidence in the new era, this study analyzed the Chinese Wushu "re-starting" approach. The study concluded that cultural confidence is the action guide and practical basis for the "re-starting" of Chinese Wushu in the new era. Adhering to the cultural confidence position is the cornerstone for ensuring the healthy enthusiasm of Chinese Wushu. Deeply pondering the meaning of cultural confidence is the guarantee for creating a huge space for Chinese Wushu to "re-start". In the practice of cultural confidence, Chinese Wushu "re-starting" must start from "rediscovery." The study put forward the practice of cultural confidence and the strategic concept of “re-starting” of Chinese Wushu. And study also strongly appealed that we should firmly establish the determination and belief of the development of Chinese Wushu to protect the "root" and the "soul" under the guidance of the significance and value of culture as the root and soul of a nation; should build the cultural road of the development of Chinese Wushu by strengthening the cultural consciousness of the development of Chinese Wushu; and build a "bridge and beam" which leads to the responsibility of Chinese Wushu in the new era by digging up the "source" of Chinese
