%0 Journal Article %T 美国印第安纳大学运动体育管理专业硕士生培养方案特征研究及启示<br>Characteristics and Enlightenments of Master’s Training Program of Sports Management Major in Indiana University %A 黄健 %A 张莉清 %J 北京体育大学学报 %D 2018 %R 10.19582/j.cnki.11-3785/g8.2018.10.015 %X 摘要:为了完善我国高校体育管理专业建设,满足社会发展对体育专业人才的需要,本研究采用文献资料法、实地调查法和专家访谈法,以美国印第安纳大学运动体育管理专业硕士生培养方案特征为研究对象,从培养目标、课程设置、实践环节三个方面进行分析。研究发现:印第安纳大学运动体育管理专业硕士生培养目标针对性强,人才类型定位为社会型高等人才,其目标是为职业体育和业余体育领域培养高质量的经理人、管理者;课程设置系统全面,内容丰富,课程结构选择性强;学生深入工作岗位实习,注重学生实践能力的培养,体现社会型人才的培养目标。通过对印第安纳大学体育管理专业硕士生培养方案的深入研究,可为我国体育管理专业硕士生培养工作提供借鉴:设置权威的课程指导标准;以社会需求为导向,制定符合我国社会经济发展的人才培养目标;完善专业课程体系,优化课程结构;创新教学形式,拓宽实习领域,增强学生的实践能力。<br>Abstract: In order to perfect the construction of sports management major in China's colleges and universities and meet the need of social development for professionals, this study adopted the methods of literature review, field investigation and expert interviews to study the characteristics of sports management programs for master's degree students at Indiana University from aspects of training objectives, curriculum and practice. the results showed that: Indiana University master's degree in sports management training is highly targeted, the type of talent training is positioned as a social high type talent, such as high quality managers and managers in professional sports and amateur sports; the curriculum is systematic and comprehensive, rich in content and selective in curriculum structure; it pays attention to the cultivation of students' practical ability, let students go deep into the job practice, reflect the training goal of social talents.
