%X 以2 011名中学生为调查对象，考察青少年同伴侵害与问题行为之间的关系，并探讨心理素质在同伴侵害和内化及外化问题行为之间的中介和调节效应。结果表明：（1）同伴侵害和心理素质分别能正向和负向预测内化及外化问题行为；（2）心理素质在同伴侵害和内化及外化问题行为之间起中介作用；（3）心理素质可缓冲同伴侵害对外化问题行为的不良影响，部分支持了压力缓冲假设。研究结果丰富了心理素质作用机制方面的研究，为后续的预防及干预工作提供了理论基础。<br>A sample of 2011 adolescents from Southwest China were recruited to explore the relationship between peer victimization and behavior problems, and the mediating and moderating roles of psychological Suzhi among peer victimization and internalizing problem behavior, externalizing problem behavior. Results are as follows. First, peer victimization and psychological Suzhi have salient negative relation and positive relation with internalizing and externalizing problem behavior respectively. Second, psychological Suzhi also mediated the relationship between peer victimization and internalizing and externalizing problem behavior, and the proportions of the mediation effects were 11.15% and 22.25%. Third, psychological Suzhi moderated the relationship between peer victimization and externalizing problem behavior. The effects of peer victimization on externalizing problem behavior were significant in different levels of psychological Suzhi, which partly supports the stress-buffering hypothesis. The implications for peer victimization prevention and intervention program are also discussed in this paper
