%X 通过将生态要素纳入经济发展的目标体系，构建“生态-生产”可能性曲线，系统考察生态文明建设引领经济新常态的动力机制。比较静态分析表明，生态文明对经济新常态的引领将沿着创新驱动、政府转型和公众参与等路径以及各影响路径的交互作用实现。来自多元主体动力源的互动，不仅为引领新常态提供动力，也构成生态治理体系建设的基础。<br>An 'eco-production' possibility curve is proposed by integrating the ecological factors with the target system of economic development. The new economic momentum mechanism which leads the development of economic new normal in the ecological civilization construction is investigated systematically. Comparative static analysis shows that the guidance of ecological civilization to the new economic normal will follow the path of driving by innovation, government transformation, public participation, and the interaction of all factors.Interactions among multi-source driving forces willnot only promote the development of the New Normal, but also constitute the foundation of the construction of ecological management system
