%0 Journal Article %T 清末中国的边疆危机与舆论应对研究<br>AStudy of China's Border Crisis and Public Opinion Copingin the Late Qing Dynasty %A 柳岳武 %A 郭丹丹< %A br> %A LIU Yuewu %A GUO Dandan %J 西南大学学报(社会科学版) %D 2017 %R 10.13718/j.cnki.xdsk.2017.04.020 %X 清朝末年，中国边疆危机丛生。为应对危机，公共舆论界藉公共舆论为利器，及时报道了各类危机发展态势，提出诸多颇具建树的应对方略。在公共舆论催生下，清廷通过施行各类新政去应对边疆危机。针对此等尝试，公共舆论界亦进行了及时报道和宣传。而当清廷统治即将崩溃、边疆局势却急速恶化之时，公共舆论界又对清廷与地方当局应对危机不力、行政腐败等行为进行了严厉批判。清末新闻传媒围绕边疆危机的以上报道乃至批评指责，均属特殊环境下公共舆论应对边疆危机的重要内容，展示了清末时人藉公共舆论为利器，抵御边疆危机、固我边圉的爱国情怀。<br>In the late Qing Dynasty, China's border crisis deteriorated sharply. In response to the crisis, the press circles, using public opinions as weapons, timely reported the evolution of various crises, and put forward many valuable countermeasures. Under the pressure of public opinions, the Qing government adopted all kinds of new policies to deal with border crisis. When the Qing government was about to collapse and the border crisis was deteriorating more rapidly, the public criticized the Qing government and the local authorities for their administrative corruption and incompetence in dealing with the crisis.The news media's report and criticism of border crisis are important activities to deal with the crisis in the special circumstance, which demonstrates the fact that, in the late Qing Dynasty, patriotic peopleused public opinion as a weapon to fight against border crisis and consolidate borderland %K 边疆危机 %K 公共舆论 %K 清末 %K 俄国 %K 移民 %K 边疆< %K br> %U http://xbgjxt.swu.edu.cn/jsusse/html/2017/4/201704020.htm
