%0 Journal Article %T 感染赤星病后不同烟草品种叶片防御酶的变化<br>Changes in Activities of Defensive Enzymes in the Leaves of Different Tobacco Varieties Infected by the Pathogen of Tobacco Brown Spot %A 耿莉娜 %A 龙艳玲 %A 徐宸 %A 汪代斌 %A 赵敏 %A 胡军华< %A br> %A GENG Li-na %A LONG Yan-ling %A XU Chen %A WANG Dai-bin %A ZHAO Min %A HU Jun-hua %J 西南大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2018 %R 10.13718/j.cnki.xdzk.2018.10.003 %X 研究了云烟87,K326,Beinhart1000-1 3个烟草品种被赤星病菌侵染后烟草叶片相关防御酶的变化,包括氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、β-1,3葡聚糖酶(GLU)、几丁质酶(CHT),以期通过防御相关酶活性变化规律与赤星病侵染过程、品种抗病性的关系,揭示不同烟草品种对赤星病的抗病机制.结果表明,在受赤星病菌侵染后,抗病品种Beinhart1000-1在接种赤星病菌后,SOD,POD,PAL活性迅速升高并高于对照,但CAT活性在Beinhart1000-1中基本低于对照,GLU活性变化明显大于感病品种.赤星病菌侵染烟草后,烟草体内的防御酶发生变化,这些防御酶活性变化可作为烟草对赤星病抗性鉴定的生理指标.<br>In order to explore the resistance mechanism of tobacco varieties to tobacco brown spot, an experiment was conducted, in which three tobacco varieties (Yunyan87 and K326, and the resistant variety Beinhart1000) were infected with tobacco brown spot, and then the changes in activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT), polyphemol oxidase (PPO), phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL), β-1, 3 glucanase (GLU) and chitinase (CHT) in the leaves were monitored. The results showed that after the inoculation of tobacco brown spot, the activities of SOD, POD and PAL of Beinhart1000-1 increased rapidly and were significantly higher than those of the control but the activity of CAT in Beinhart1000-1 was lower than that of the control. The change in its GLU activity was significantly greater than that of the susceptible varieties.
