%0 Journal Article %T 下层土壤厚度及容重对甘薯根系和块根质量的影响<br>Effects of Soil Thickness and Bulk Density on Root Growth and Root Earthnut Quality of Sweet Potato %A 丁祎 %A 张昊 %A 王季春 %A 唐道彬 %A 吕长文 %A 肖怡 %A 尚浩浩< %A br> %A DING Yi %A ZHANG Hao %A WANG Ji-chun %A TANG Dao-bin %A LV Chang-wen %A XIAO Yi %A SHANG Hao-hao %J 西南大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2018 %R 10.13718/j.cnki.xdzk.2018.05.001 %X 为提高甘薯作物的产量和效益,探讨土壤容重和耕作层土壤厚度对甘薯产量和品质的影响,以期为甘薯生产提供指导.以渝薯6号为材料,采用二因素随机区组设计方法,盆栽模拟试验,分期测定甘薯块根的各项指标.研究分层设置土壤容重的处理方式对甘薯根系生长,块根产量及品质的影响.在底部土壤容重为1.6 g/cm<sup>3</sup>、下层土壤为8~32 cm的时候,淀粉含量达到最大值29.98%,极显著高于空白对照;在底部土壤容重为1.5 g/cm<sup>3</sup>,底层土壤厚度为16~32 cm时,块根质量最大(为0.68 kg).试验结果表明,过高的土壤容重会造成SOD活性、MDA含量、淀粉含量增加,但不利于产量增加;下层土壤厚度减少有利于甘薯产量的提高,却不利于淀粉累积.<br>In order to improve the yield and benefit of sweet potato crops, the effects of soil bulk density and soil thickness on the yield and quality of sweet potato were discussed, so as to provide guidance for sweet potato production. Tthis experiment took Yu Shu No. 6 as material, using two factors random area group design method, pot simulation test, and the determination of various indexes of sweet potato root tuber by stages. The effects of different treatments of soil bulk density on root growth, root yield and quality of sweet potato were studied. [results] when the soil bulk density at the bottom was 1.6 g/cm<sup>3</sup> and the lower soil was 8-32 cm, the starch content reached the maximum 29.98%, which was significantly higher than that of the blank control. When the bottom soil bulk density is 1.5 g/cm<sup>3</sup> and the underlying soil thickness is 16-32 cm, the root weight is the maximum (0.68 kg). The results showed that the high soil bulk density would increase the activity of SOD, MDA content and starch content, but not increase the yield.
