%0 Journal Article %T 均匀设计法优选抗雏鸡白痢翁苋颗粒<br>Prescription Optimization of the Anti-Pullorosis Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine 'Weng Xian Granule' with the Uniform Design Method %A 魏薇 %A 石磊 %A 刘娟 %A 黄文鹏 %A 莫孔源 %A 陈晓< %A br> %A WEI Wei %A SHI Lei %A LIU Juan %A HUANG Wen-peng %A MO Kong-yuan %A CHEN Xiao %J 西南大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2018 %R 10.13718/j.cnki.xdzk.2018.09.005 %X 利用均匀设计法及回归分析优选抗雏鸡白痢的中药组方翁苋颗粒.结合中兽药组方原则,将白头翁、马齿苋、苍术、陈皮等中药进行组方配伍,采用均匀设计法及回归分析,以不同配比的翁苋颗粒对鸡白痢沙门氏菌的体外抑菌效果作为考察指标,运用中兽医整体观念及体外抑菌活性评价筛选最优处方.采用腹腔注射鸡白痢沙门氏菌菌液的方法复制雏鸡白痢的病理模型,通过在饲料中添加一定比例的翁苋颗粒,于试验后统计有效率、治愈率.翁苋方28的组分配比为最佳处方,最优处方配比的翁苋颗粒高剂量组对雏鸡白痢的治愈率、有效率均为91.7%.该试验筛选出的优化复方制备处方翁苋颗粒能够有效防治雏鸡白痢.<br>Objective:To optimize of the prescription of Weng Xian granule, a tradtional Chinese veterinary medical preparation based on Pulsatilla chinensis and <i>Portulaca oleracea</i> L., for pullorosis resistance. Methods:Weng Xian granules were prepared with Pulsatilla chinensis, purslane (<i>Portulaca oleracea</i> L.), Rhizoma atractylodis, Pericarpium citri reticulatae and other traditional Chinese medicine as ingredients with different proportions, and uniform design and regression analysis were used to evaluate the anti-pullorosis effects of different prescriptions with their bacteriostasis in vitro on <i>Salmonella</i> bacteria as the indicator. The wholism concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the evaluation of bacteriostasis activity in vitro were used to optimize the best prescription. The pathological model of pullorosis was made by intraperitoneal injection of <i>Salmonella</i> bacteria, a certain proportion Weng Xian granule was added in the feed and, finally, the effective rate and cure rate were counted. Results:The experiment showed that the Weng Xian prescription No. 28 was the best ratio, both the effective rate and cure rate of the optimal prescription in the high-dose group being 91.7%.
