%0 Journal Article %T 投喂频率对流水养殖鞍带石斑鱼生长、摄食及免疫酶活力的影响<br>The Effect of Feeding Frequency on Growth Performance, Food Intake and Immune Enzyme Activities of <i>Epinephelus lanceolatus</i> in Flowing Water Cultivation %A 仇登高 %A 郑乐云 %A 黄种持 %A 吴水清 %A 朱志煌 %A 刘银华 %A 吴精灵 %A 邱峰岩< %A br> %A QIU Deng-gao %A ZHENG Le-yun %A HUANG Zhong-chi %A WU Shui-qing %A ZHU Zhi-huang %A LIU Yin-hua %A WU Jing-ling %A QIU Feng-yan %J 西南大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2018 %R 10.13718/j.cnki.xdzk.2018.07.008 %X 在水温(28.59±1.74)℃下,选用冰鲜杂鱼饲养平均体质量为858.73 g的鞍带石斑鱼,经过60 d的生长实验,研究了不同投喂频率(1次/d、1次/2 d、1次/3 d)对流水养殖鞍带石斑鱼生长、摄食及免疫酶活力的影响.结果表明,投喂频率对鞍带石斑鱼存活率的影响差异不具有统计学意义(<i>p</i> > 0.05),实验期间各个实验组存活率在99.40%~99.80%之间;各实验组间的肥满度(<i>CF</i>=2.22~2.35)、体质量变异系数(<i>SV</i>=20.08~24.27)、饲料系数(<i>FCR</i>=2.70~3.01)和日增质量(7.50~12.51 g/d)均无显著影响(<i>p</i> > 0.05),而投喂频率1次/d组和1次/2 d组的特定生长率(<i>SGR</i>)和相对增质量(<i>RWG</i>)均显著高于1次/3 d组(<i>p</i> < 0.05),投喂频率1次/d组的日摄食率和1次/2 d组的饲料转化效率均显著高于1次/3 d组(<i>p</i> < 0.05);在免疫酶活力方面,投喂频率对鞍带石斑鱼血浆中的碱性磷酸酶(AKP=0.083 5~0.089金氏单位/mL)、过氧化氢酶(CAT=7.96~8.19 U/mL)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD=32.40~34.45 U/mL)均无显著影响(<i>p</i> > 0.05).在本实验条件下,流水模式养殖鞍带石斑鱼的适宜投喂频率为1次/d或1次/2 d.<br>A 60-day experiment was conducted to determine the effects of different feeding frequencies (once per day, once every 2 days and once every 3 days) on the growth performance and immune enzyme activities of <i>Epinephelus lanceolatus</i> with an average weight of 858.73 g at water temperature (28.59±1.74℃), reared with raw fish feed in a flowing water system. The results showed that the survival rate of the fish was not significantly different among the three groups (<i>p</i> > 0.05), and the survival rate in all treatments was between 99.40% and 99.80% during the experiment. There were no significant effects on the condition factor (CF=2.22-2.35), coefficient of size variation (SV=20.08-24.27), food conversion ratio (FCR=2.70-3.01) and daily weight gain (7.50-12.51g/d) in all groups (<i>p</i> > 0.05). The specific growth rate (SGR) and relative weight gain (RWG) in the fish fed once per day and once every 2 days were both significantly higher than those of the fish fed once every 3 days (<i>p</i> < 0.05). Moreover, the food intake (FI) of the fish fed once per day was significant higher than that of once every 3 days (<i>p</i> < 0.05) and food conversion efficiency (FCE) in the fish fed once every 2 days was significantly higher that of the fish fed once every 3 days (<i>p</i> < 0.05). The immune enzyme activity (i.e. AKP=8.083 5-0.089 4 King/mL, CAT=7.96-8.19 U/mL and SOD=32.40-34.45 U/mL) of the fish was also not significant different in the three treatments (<i>p</i> > 0.05).
