%0 Journal Article %T 基于IS-LM-BP模型的宏观经济政策设计<br>Macro-Economic Policy Design Based on IS-LM-BP Model %A 黄佩 %A 蔺小林< %A br> %A HUANG Pei %A LIN Xiao-lin %J 西南大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2018 %R 10.13718/j.cnki.xdzk.2018.07.014 %X 对引入的IS-LM-BP模型在选取适当的状态向量、控制输入向量、输出向量及干扰输入向量后将其转化为状态空间模型,在此基础上,判断出该模型可任意极点配置,进而设计了一种纯增益反馈控制器.计算得到适当的状态反馈增益矩阵<i><b>K</b></i><sub>1</sub>,<i><b>K</b></i><sub>2</sub>,通过反馈控制,使该经济系统渐近稳定,同时可对输出进行调节,即实际总供给和实际汇率趋于计划的总供给和汇率.借助Matlab软件对模型进行数值模拟,验证了系统在该控制器下可达到输出调节.通过对IS-LM-BP模型纯增益反馈控制的设计,为该模型宏观经济政策设计提供了一定的依据.<br>The IS-LM-BP model is transformed into a state space model by selecting the appropriate state vector and controlling input vector, output vector and interfering input vector. On this basis, we can determine that the model can be configured by any pole and then we design a pure gain feedback controller. The appropriate state feedback gain matrices <i><b>K</b></i><sub>1</sub> and <i><b>K</b></i><sub>2</sub> are calculated, and the economic system is asymptotically stable by feedback control. Meanwhile, the output can be adjusted, that is, the actual total supply and real exchange rate tend to the planning goal. Matlab software for numerical simulation verifies that the system in the controller can reach the output adjustment.
