%0 Journal Article %T 牛蒡子提取物中咖啡酰奎宁酸类化合物的分离与结构确证<br>Isolation and Identification of Caffeoylquinic Acid Compounds in the Extractive of <i>Fructus arctii</i> %A 胥秀英 %A 陈海芹 %A 郑一敏 %A 周在富< %A br> %A XU Xiu-ying %A CHEN Hai-qin %A ZHENG Yi-min %A ZHOU Zai-fu %J 西南大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2017 %R 10.13718/j.cnki.xdzk.2017.11.025 %X 采用乙酸乙酯萃取法从牛蒡子提取物中除去脂溶性成分, 再取水相干燥物用制备型HPLC分离, 共得到6个化合物, 并通过理化性质与光谱方法进行了结构确证, 分别为3, 4-二羟基苯丙烯酸-4-氧-β-D-葡萄糖苷、3-O-咖啡酰奎宁酸、3, 4-二羟基苯丙烯酸、3, 5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸、1, 5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸和3, 4-二咖啡酰奎宁酸.<br>The fat soluble components in the extractive of <i>Fructus arctii</i> were removed by ethyl acetate, the aqueous phase drying was isolated by preparative HPLC, and six compounds were isolated from the extractive of <i>F. arctii</i> and their structures were identified by physicochemical property analysis, specially by spectral analysis. Their structures were identified as 3, 4-dihydroxy cinnamic acid-4-O-β-D-glucoside, 3-O-caffeoylquinic acid, 3, 4-dihydroxy cinnamic acid, 3, 5-dicaffeoylquinic acid, 1, 5-dicaffeoylquinic acid and 3, 4-dicaffeoylquinic acid.
