%X 以山地城市老旧街区雨水径流排泄过程为研究对象，从其特定的环境因子与雨水径流的关联性分析入手，通过分析现状街区内雨水径流排泄特点和存在的问题，并结合与之相关的环境因子特征，阐述了在街区层面基于低冲击理念下的可持续雨水径流调控改造策略，为山地城市街区尺度下的可持续雨洪管理提供新的借鉴与思路.<br>In order to provide new ideas for sustainable management of storm-water in mountainous city blocks, the rain runoff drainage process in old blocks of a mountainous city was studied. First, the relationship between the special environmental factors and stormwater runoff was analyzed. Then the characteristics of stormwater runoff in the blocks and the existing problems were investigated. Finally, combining the relative characteristics of environmental factors, some strategies for sustainable regulation and improvement of rain runoff based on the 'low impact' concept were set forth
